Our general practitioner is Dr Rick Newton who operates from the Medical Centre. His receptionists are Mary, Kathy, Jenny and Barbara depending on what day you call. Surgery hours are 9.00am-5.00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. Wednesday hours are 9.00am-1.00pm. Phone 6892 5285. Dr Newton also dispenses prescriptions.

General Store, LPO, ANZ Agency Owner operators Paul & Sandy Stanbrook are assisted by Sandy’s mother, Judy Harrod. The Post office and ANZ Bank Agency are also part of their business. The Store is open the normal hours Monday to Friday with shorter hours over the week-end. The Bank Agency and Post Office work to the normal hours for these institutions. Tullamore Central School

Tullamore Central School is a New South Wales government school with approximately 100 students ranging from Kindergarten to year 12. The school was established in 1890 and was opened as "Warge Rock House" on 16th January of that year. The original single building school has grown to include two primary classroom blocks, a brick infants section, a staff room, demountable technology and design rooms, an administration building, secondary English room, science lab/computer lab/office/classroom complex, library, and senior classrooms. Office Staff are Helen and Heather. Phone 6892 5005. The P&C President is Cindy Larkings (6893 7320); Secretary Diane Darcy (6892 5186); Treasurer Carol Bolam (6892 7227). The school does not run a canteen as such but children may order their lunch from Munro’s Store. The orders are collected daily from the school and returned to the school. The school has a large sports oval, watered by its own dam, basketball and netball courts, cricket nets and a newly established agricultural plot. |
